Many people want to try sourdough but have no bakery nearby, so they wonder: can sourdough be shipped, and will it still taste good when it arrives? Here is everything to know before ordering sourdough online in Thailand, from baking and delivery to storing it so it tastes fresh from the oven.

Can sourdough be delivered by post?

Yes. We send sourdough and croissants from Del & Dia in Ao Nang, Krabi, across Thailand. In general, sourdough travels better than soft bread because of its sturdy crust and crumb that does not collapse easily. Our loaves come pre-sliced, so you can freeze them as soon as they arrive.

When will my order arrive?

  • Baked fresh for every order: production takes up to 7 days after we receive your order.
  • Dispatched Monday to Friday: orders paid after 08:00 (Bangkok time) count as orders for the next business day.
  • Delivery takes 2–4 days after dispatch.

How much is delivery?

  • Sourdough: free delivery on every loaf
  • 1–3 croissants only: ฿39 delivery
  • 4 or more croissants: free delivery
  • Croissants with any sourdough loaf: free delivery

How to order

  1. Go to the order page and choose your quantities.
  2. Enter your name, phone number and delivery address.
  3. Pay by card or scan a PromptPay QR code.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email, and another with your tracking number when your order ships.

How to store it so it stays delicious

Important: put your bread in the freezer as soon as it arrives.
  • Store in an airtight container, zip bag or plastic wrap and keep in the freezer at −18°C for up to 1 month.
  • Reheat sourdough after it thaws slightly, or straight from frozen, in an oven or air fryer at 180°C for about 3 minutes.
  • Reheat croissants after resting 30–60 minutes, at 180°C for about 3 minutes.

Because the loaf is pre-sliced, you can reheat one slice at a time without thawing the whole loaf. More in the bread care guide.

If something goes wrong in transit

Please record a video from the moment you start opening the box, then contact us within 1 day of delivery with your order number. If the products were damaged in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. Full details: Refunds & claims.
