Production and delivery
- Every order is baked fresh. Production takes up to 7 days after we receive your order.
- We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders paid after 08:00 (Bangkok time) count as orders for the next business day.
- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–4 days.
- We deliver across Thailand.
If there is a problem with your order
- Please record a video from the moment you start opening the box until the condition of the products is clearly visible.
- Contact us within 1 day of receiving your order via LINE or 096-367-5500, with your order number and the video.
- If we confirm the products were damaged in transit or do not match your order, you can choose a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card or PromptPay).
- After we approve a refund, the time it takes to reach your account or card depends on your bank or card issuer and may take up to 45 days.
Claims we cannot accept
- Reported more than 1 day after delivery
- No unboxing video
- Products spoiled by storage after delivery, for example not frozen as recommended
Cancellations
You can cancel before we start production by contacting us via LINE or 096-367-5500. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
